GENERAL INSTRUCTION POLICIES

• Lessons are scheduled in ½ hour increments with an instructor.

• Lessons are individual, but special arrangements can be made to accommodate groups (ie: brother/sister, parent/student).

• Rates range from $17-50 - $22.50 depending on the instructor and Level. Group rates may be more depending on the instructor

• The curiculim will be developed with the individual student in mind. We do not require books or other published programs, unless desired by the student. 

• We will teach all skill levels, age groups, and styles.

ATTENDANCE POLICIES

If you have a lesson scheduled, we expect that you will attend. Our instructors have set aside their time and the store has made this space available for you. However, we do understand that schedules sometime change. If you need to cancel, please allow at least one (1) day notice. If it is an emergency, please call to let us know that there was an emergency. Two emergencies in a row will result in a loss of that time slot. You can reschedule for this slot, if it is still open after checking our waiting list.

PAYMENT POLICY

Stonegrove accepts all forms of payment; cash, check or credit card. Students will need to pay for lessons in advance. One month is recommended. Stonegrove will establish a punch card and record the number of paid lessons on the grid and punch the box each time a lesson in complete. Missing lessons without adequate notice will result in a forfeiture of the advance payment.
